eSentinel: Frequently Asked
Questions (FAQ)
Q: I use AOL.
Why doesn't the eSentinel display in my browser?
A: The AOL
web browser may not correctly display the eSentinel. In that case,
follow these steps:
- Right-click
the eSentinel link above. A menu will pop up. Click the "Save
Target As..." or "Save Link Target As..." option. A "Save As"
window will appear.
- Save the file
to your desktop (so it will be easy to find). It should be titled
"esentinel.pdf".
- Go to Start
>> Programs >> Adobe Acrobat Reader (or similar file name).
- Once Acrobat
Reader is open, click the image of the open folder (not
the one with the globe behind it) or go to File >> Open... .
- In the "Open"
window, navigate to your desktop and open the esentinel.pdf file.
You should be able to view the eSentinel now.
Q: Why doesn't
the link to the eSentinel webpage display as a link in my email?
A: Different
email programs act differently. Some may display links correctly,
others may require you to copy/paste web addresses into your web
browser. If the link to the eSentinel download page does not appear
as a link in your email, copy the web address from your email, paste
it in the address field of your web browser, and hit Enter/Return
to visit the eSentinel webpage.
