Take advantage of
the free Mobile Driving Simulator program from Wise Senior Services. This
free program’s goal is to provide a simple and comfortable setting
whereby individuals may test his/her driving skills in a nonthreatening
environment. The simulator equipment allows for immediate feedback in
order to identify and access one’s own driving abilities, reactions,
reflex times and other characteristics that are key elements for safe
driving. Although especially helpful for senior drivers, it is open to
persons of all ages. Classes are held once per month at Wise Senior Services,
1527 - 4th Street during the hours of 9 am until 12 noon. They can only
accommodate 20 persons per class, therefore advance scheduling is a requirement.
